At Rani Packaging, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we manufacture and supply packaging products, including customized sweet boxes, gift boxes, dry fruit boxes, chocolate boxes, and other packaging solutions, this Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be considered.

Customized Products

Most of our products are manufactured according to customer specifications, including custom sizes, designs, printing, logos, colors, and branding requirements.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started or the order has been delivered.

Order Verification

Customers are requested to carefully review all order details, artwork, dimensions, quantities, colors, and specifications before confirming their order.

Rani Packaging shall not be responsible for any errors in approved designs, spelling mistakes, incorrect artwork, or specifications provided by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive products that are physically damaged during delivery or contain manufacturing defects, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To process such requests, customers may be required to provide:

• Order details or invoice number
• Clear photographs of the damaged or defective products
• Photographs of the packaging received
• A brief description of the issue

After verification, we may offer a replacement, repair, or other suitable resolution at our discretion.

Return Eligibility

Returns may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• The wrong product was delivered by us.
• The product contains verified manufacturing defects.
• The product was significantly damaged before delivery.

Products will not be eligible for return if:

• The customer changes their mind after purchase.
• The order was customized according to customer specifications.
• The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• The issue is reported after the allowed reporting period.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not applicable for customized or bulk manufacturing orders.

In cases where a refund is approved by Rani Packaging, the refund amount will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval.

Refund approval is subject to inspection, verification, and management review.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started.

Once manufacturing, printing, customization, or production work has begun, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If any advance payment has been made for a cancelled order, applicable design, processing, or administrative charges may be deducted before issuing a refund.

Bulk Orders

For wholesale and bulk orders, customers are encouraged to verify specifications, samples, and quotations before confirming production.

Bulk manufacturing orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless a verified manufacturing defect is identified.

Limitation of Liability

Rani Packaging’s liability shall be limited to the value of the affected products only. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related losses arising from product usage, delays, or delivery issues.
